Andrea is a poor girl of 18 who wishes to finish school and get a good profession. But all her dreams are broken in one moment, when her father Antonio is pushed and paralyzed in the result of that fall. Andrea has to leave school and start working to help her mother and care of two younger brothers and paralyzed father. In addition her brother Rafael became a drug-abuser.

Her best friend Vincent helps her and cares of her. The leader of drug band and slave trader Jason sympathizes with Vincent. Vincent is in love with Andrea and is going to ask her marry him. He is working for his Father business as a mechanical engineer. Will Jason like this love?

Andrea is looking for a job. She comes to Marcello company to take the vacant position of office-boy. But this position is for a boy, but not a girl. So Andrea pretends to be a boy and comes to Marcello as Andres at the very next day. Andrea takes this position. Here she get acquainted with Gustavo and Magdalena.

Later she finds out about the vacant position of secretary in next door company, firm of attorneys. She proposes her “sister-twin” Andrea for this position and takes it. Now Andrea is working for two companies as a boy Andres and his sister Andrea. She has to be quick, skillful and sharp-witted in order not to lose both jobs.

She meets Daria at his new position, a son of her employer, a rich, handsome, kind and noble young man. Daria can’t stand for his job, his dream is to be a musician.

Daria’s girlfriend Moira doesn’t love him. She is wicked, angry and artful. She wants Daria to marry her in order to get all his money. Her mother Silvana helps her in all her plans and wishes. Moira has a secret – she her friend Hugo pushed Andreas father Antonio and made him paralyzed.

Pilar – the cinema student and the best friend of Moira has some business with Maximo. In the result of this there are many conflicts in family Arrioja, mostly with Elena.
