Officiāli vakar CW paziņoja, ka Supernatural tiek atjaunots uz vēl vienu sezonu, kura nav paziņota kā noslēgum sezona. Bet anyway YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAY  :jumping: CONFETTI. IT'S A PARADE! Pirmā 8. sezonas episode būs 150. episode so doouble svētki! :)

It’s about time! The CW has finally given “Supernatural” cast and crew the official word that the show has been renewed for Season 8.
It’s a good thing too, because there are only 2 episodes left before the season finale and we’re hearing that Season 7 will end with an impressive cliffhanger. Season 8 will premiere this Fall (September 2012).

Of course, Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles will both return as Sam and Dean Winchester. Additionally, the incredible guest stars, Jim Beaver and Misha Collins have expressed interest in revisiting the show next season. “I had that conversation with Sera and Bob recently, and told them ‘Hey, just so you know, I would love to keep working on the show,’” Collins told us.

That said, executive producer and showrunner Sera Gamble has chosen to develop other projects this year, and thus is stepping down from her position. Former “Supernatural” writer Jeremy Carver is returning to the show as a co-showrunner with Robert Singer. Carver will also continue to run SyFy’s “Being Human” remake.

The CW is expected to announce the rest of its 2012-2013 renewals before May 17, when they’ll present their upcoming programming to advertisers at the New York City upfront.

Don’t miss an all new episode of Supernatural this Friday at 9/8c on The CW.

Tātad vakar #RioCon Jim Michaels teica, ka 8.sezonā Miša un Impala būšot back un iespējams *bet, ka visticamāk* būšot 24. sērijas. Tā kā visi tvīti galvenokārt bija portugāļu valodās, es nevaru atrast pagaidām tvītus ar šīm ziņām, bet tumblrs ir pilns ar šo ziņu.  YAY :)

'Supernatural' moving to Wednesdays with Jensen Ackles directing first episode

The CW announced this evening via their official Twitter that season eight of their hit horror series "Supernatural" will begin filming on July 10 after a shorter-than-usual hiatus.  In addition, they announced that star Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester) will be directing that first episode.

This isn't Ackles' first time in the "Supernatural" director's chair, having helmed the episodes "Weekend at Bobby's" in season six and "The Girl Next Door" in season seven.

The network also announced at the CW Network Upfront held in New York City on Thursday that the show will be moving to Wednesdays in the fall, airing in Riverside on CW affiliate channel 5.  The move will pull them out of the pit of hell (pun intended) that was their Friday time slot, a place that some believe caused a downward shift in some of their ratings for season seven.

The CW also announced that the show's mid-week slot will follow a new series, "Arrow," starring  Stephen Amell, Colin Donnell and Katie Cassidy.

Amell will star as Oliver Queen, a billionaire playboy who was missing and presumed dead after a violent shipwreck, only to be discovered alive on a remote island in the Pacific.  As he works to reconnect to his family, and his former girlfriend, Laurel Lance, he secretly begins to create the persona of a vigilante named Arrow, hoping to right the wrongs of his family, the ills of society and restore his hometown of Starling City to its former glory.

The stars seem to be aligning for a show that many thought was on its last legs, including Teen Choice Award nominations for the show's stars Ackles and Jared Padalecki (Sam) for Choice TV Actor: Fantasy/Sci-Fi and the show itself for Choice: Fantasy/Sci-Fi.

With the season seven cliffhanger leaving Castiel (Misha Collins) and Dean stuck in purgatory, a new night for the series in the fall and the return of fan-favorite Jeremy Carver, who will serve as executive producer alongside Robert Singer, "Supernatural" seems destined to regain its place as a ratings leader for the CW Network next season.

Sam gets a love interest and more details

"Supernatural" returns to The CW at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3 -- and in just a few days, production will begin up in Vancouver. If you don't want to know what's in store, click away now!

This year, Jeremy Carver has taken the reigns as showrunner, and in his first move as the new boss, he's putting some romance in the mix.

The "Supernatural" powers that be are currently casting Amelia -- Sam's (Jared Padalecki) first recurring love interest since Ruby died in Season 4. Amelia is a doctor in her late 20s to early 30s, and when we first meet her, she's overwhelmed by a devastating tragedy. She'll appear in the third episode of the season -- directed by Jensen Ackles -- and she'll initially be very wary of Sam. She's described as "a brave, sweet, smart, sarcastic woman."

Ackles is currently up in Vancouver prepping to direct the episode, which will see Sam investigating grisly murders that seem to be related to the Occult. Of course, presuming that Dean is out of Purgatory by then, he'll also be involved. For Dean's sake, we hope he's back in time -- because this case also involves a stripper, and we all know how he feels about strippers.

Vakar pabeidzu skatīties visu 7. sezonu. Nez, man tie levaiatanu darījumi jau bij apnikuši, kaut kā nebija interesanti. Kass bija dievīgs. Es te nevarēju beigt smieties par viņa mērkaķīšu glābšanu, bišu vērošanu un kaķa dzimumlocekļu runām :D Karoče Kass, ir dievīgs  :love:

Man patīk visādi pužļu veida temati, un par tām plāksnēm, un nolaišanās tomēr biš zemāk, līdz dēmonu padarīšanām, un Kraulijs biežāk droši vien parādīsies. Kevins man ar patīk, lai gan pagaidām gan kā redzēju viņš tik 3 sērijās parādās. Es tagad esmu vēl pie 8x02. LOLz, Kevina mamma ierullē :D Tagad pabeigšu šo sēriju (vakar pārtraucu, jo TVD bij jāskatās) un tad gan pauze, kamēr savus darbus piebeigšu. Esmu oficiāli noskatījusies visas līdz šim iznākušās sērijas un esmu atpakaļ ierindā :D Bana, bet tā gribas 10. sēriju ātrāk redzēt. Vienu toč varu teikt, ja Semijs kko izdarīs Benijam, es un Dīns viņam to ilgi nespēsim piedot  :angry: Un Kassu vaig atpakaļ. Pietiek viņam to onku vaktēt :D

P.S - Aija (Siikaa) ar tūliņ būs noskatījusies 7. sezonu un sāks 8. Mēs abas būsim atpakaļ SPN ierindā :D Tagad vēl vienīgi Alby palikusi un jāpielauž. Viņai gan vairāk jāpierauj, no 5. sezonas vidus kkur :D Kā mēs ar Aiju tikko runājām, tāda riktīgi laba sajūta, ka atsākām skatīties, jo skatoties sapratām, cik ļoti mums pietrūka šī seriāla :)

Amazon.co.uk pašlaik diezgan lēti ir, vari iečekot ;) Tik paskati vēlreiz vai tev jau ir 5. un 6., ka nenopērkas dubultā :D 7. sezona gan biš lētāk iekš US ebay.
